‘Prioritizing prevention enables us to take measures aimed at maintaining optimal health, preventing the development of (chronic) diseases and promoting health equity across our society. Thanks to rapid developments in the research field of healthy living environments and lifestyle research, complemented by technological innovations, we have the capacity to create multidisciplinary interventions and investigate their impact on health and disease conditions. With my academic background in nutrition and health, practical experience obtained from working at the Municipal Health Service and keen interest in innovations in the domains of prevention and healthcare, I am actively seeking novel research opportunities by fostering collaborations among experts from various disciplines. By working together, we can create effective solutions to address existing healthcare challenges.’
