ELEVATE combines street-view images, smartphone data, and resident input to identify which neighbourhood features support physical activity — and uses AI to help cities redesign streets into healthier, more inclusive places.

i4PH HH Align

ALIGN

ALIGN co-creates a personalised digital intervention that integrates lifestyle and financial support, making healthy behaviour change more achievable for financially vulnerable groups.
